Being a retired business owner, I've participated in numerous insurance related discussions over the years (some of them were good, some didn't leave an impression).

Melissa and I met during a roadshow in Tai Seng. I was eager to find out more about a savings plan but was always sceptical of other insurance agents. Previous agents would tend to push me to a certain plan that I was uncomfortable with and was sure that I did not want to get. However, Melissa was unbiased and led me to a different plan than I originally intended. This was because my views back then were too ambitious and have I not received Melissa's advice, I would have greatly suffered and therefore, I have not regretted getting that plan Melissa recommended to me ever since.
